The health center has achieved multiple workplace and community awards since that time and has enjoyed exponential growth during his nine years as the CEO.

Gary is a Certified Go-Giver Speaker & Coach, speaking and providing consulting services on leadership, workplace strategies, and motivational topics. He also provides executive coaching to seasoned and emerging leaders across all industries. He is also a co-owner of the Mellow Mushroom and Campbell Land Holding in Lynchburg, VA.

Jay Deubler

Jay Deubler is a seasoned tech leader, with over 25 years in software, working globally to grow organizations. He has had 3 significant exits, being a senior leader in an IPO and two sales where he was at the helm. As a CEO, he has grown and developed his teams to deliver amazing results to their people, serving them in their growth as leaders, inside and outside of business.

Jay has given over 1,000 copies of The Go-Giver to his family, friends, and employees. A 20-year real estate veteran, as Vice President of Business Development and Community Leadership for TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Trish established and created several internal leadership coaching programs, along with the professional development program for the company.
